Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our business with clients & partners by supporting the planning, development & application of high-performing, scalable quantum computing systems.

• Own market analysis and assess partners and competitors

• Build relationships with selected strategic partners

• Identify and execute commercialisation project planning

• Combine agile and traditional project management approaches

• Lead and support international, cross-functional teams

Required skills:

• A technical degree, with a focus on quantum computing, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of proven experience managing projects in technical or complex domains

• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills

• Advanced understanding of quantum computing product and service landscape

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach

• Proficiency in English and German
