Job Description

Mission Brief

You will support the Manufacturing team in the assembly and integration of our rocket, the Spectrum. Your work will be crucial to ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and meet our high quality standards. You will work hands-on with various aircraft-grade materials and tools, contributing directly to the success of our space missions.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

  • Assembly and integration of rocket structures and subsystems

  • Quality checks during assembly process

  • Support in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues

  • Collaboration with engineering teams

  • Maintenance of assembly tools and equipment

  • Documentation of assembly processes

  • Adherence to strict quality and safety standards

Qualification Checklist

  • Completed vocational training as Fluggerätmechaniker (Aircraft Mechanic)

  • Several years of practical experience in aircraft or aerospace assembly

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in German and English

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with composite materials

  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100)

  • Experience with precision measurement tools
