Founders Associate (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is moving from research to real-world application, and we are building the systems that will make this possible.

Since our founding, we have grown to a team of 100+ people, secured over €54M in orders, and raised a €57M Series A backed by leading investors.

Our approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields to unlock a new class of computational capabilities.

**Responsibilities: **As a Founders Associate, you work directly with the founders and leadership team on topics that shape the company's direction. You will be deeply involved in strategy, operations, and commercialization, with exposure to key decisions across the business.

• Support commercialization of our technology and contribute to strategic decision-making processes in close collaboration with C-level

• Drive and coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the C-level office, including preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision materials

• Represent eleQtron at selected events, conferences, and external engagements

• Support relationship management with partners and investors, including preparation of communications and briefing materials

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives and support decision-making

• Support leadership with day-to-day priorities and execution topics

Required Skills:

• Degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear outcomes

• High ownership mindset with strong execution in fast-paced environments, combining hands-on delivery with independent drive

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)

• Fast learner with intellectual curiosity across technical and business topics

• High integrity and discretion when working with sensitive information
