Your roadmap to make an impact

Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes

Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities

Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation
-
Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation
-
Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications
-
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks
-
Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international
-
Ensure customs requirements are being processed for material transfers outside Germany
-
Manage logistic operations suppliers as required
Job requirements
Who you are
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
-
2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
-
A proven track record in setting up or scaling logistics processes
-
Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms
-
A strong understanding of shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management
-
Hands-on, process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
-
Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus
-
Strong communication skills in German and English
