We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Trainee (f/m/d) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term trainee program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, production, logistics, and supply chain.
You will rotate across different departments (three months each department), contributing to real projects while building a strong foundation in operational excellence.
Your roadmap to make an impact

Support daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions

Assist in production planning, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and industrial operations

Analyze operational data and contribute to performance improvement projects

Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects from planning through execution
Job requirements
Who you are
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field or completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a relevant discipline

Strong interest in manufacturing and operational processes

Previous experience through internships, working student roles, or practical training is highly desirable

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Positive and proactive with a strong team spirit

Willingness to take early ownership and responsibility

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English; German is a plus
