Agile Coach / Scrum Master (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability.

Responsibilities:

As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, you will be a key driver in enabling our cross-functional teams to deliver complex deep-tech solutions in a predictable, sustainable way. You will help teams turn uncertainty into realistic plans and reliable commitments.

• Coach and support all development teams in using Scrum/Kanban effectively

• Facilitate and standardize agile events across teams

• Establish common estimation practices

• Work with project managers on resource and milestone planning

• Remove impediments and improve cross-team collaboration

Required skills:

• Strong experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teams

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches

• Proven expertise in team-level estimation and capacity planning

• Grasp of development workflows in non-software disciplines

• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
