Product Manager (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager (f/m/d) at eleQtron, you will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our trapped-ion quantum computing systems.

• Own the definition and evolution of product scope, roadmap, and priorities

• Translate inputs from multiple technical and non-technical teams into coherent product requirements

• Balance technical feasibility, system performance, and long-term scalability

• Build a structured understanding of customer needs and application drivers

• Coordinate across R&D, engineering, operations, and commercial teams

• Support external communication by enabling clear technical narratives

Required skills:

• Degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in product management

• Experience working closely with R&D and engineering teams on complex technical products

• Proven ability to define product requirements and roadmaps

• Strong system-level thinking

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English and German
