Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and coordination of weekly production plans based on real capacity and priorities

  • Monitoring production plan execution, analyzing deviations, and responding promptly to disruptions

  • Ensuring on-time product delivery and tracking delivery performance

  • Organizing and coordinating metrology orders

  • Planning and coordinating equipment maintenance activities

  • Close collaboration with production, operations and sales teams

  • Continuous improvement of planning processes

Core mission

  • Ensures that customer demand is translated into a realistic and efficient production schedule Coordinate across production, sales, engineering, and operations to keep priorities aligned and resolve disruptions quickly

  • Maximize delivery performance while minimizing delays and waste

Required superpowers

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering or related field.

  • 1+ years in optical coatings / related field (preferably laser tech or IBS).

  • Experience with production planning and data analysis.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Understanding of optical component specs and metrology

  • Ability to read technical drawings; basic project and time management skills.

  • Lithuanian and English – C1.
