About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and manage our trade compliance program. You will ensure Six Robotics operates in full compliance with export control regulations, sanctions regulations, and other relevant trade laws. This role is critical to our ability to serve global customers responsibly and to protect the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures

• Conducting compliance screening for customers and end-users

• Managing export licenses and authorizations

• Advising business teams on compliance matters

• Training employees on compliance requirements

• Staying current with changing regulations

• Managing compliance documentation and records

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of trade compliance, export control, or similar experience

• Strong knowledge of export control regulations (EAR, ITAR, etc.) and sanctions

• Experience with compliance screening and due diligence

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with legal, business, and technical teams

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with defence industry and customer requirements

• Experience with trade compliance software tools

• Knowledge of technology transfer and encryption regulations

• Certification in trade compliance
