Financial Analyst

At Sybilla Technologies, we're building critical space surveillance and traffic management systems used by governments and commercial space operators. As we scale our operations and pursue strategic growth opportunities, we need a talented Financial Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis efforts.

The Role

As Financial Analyst, you'll:

• Prepare and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions

• Manage financial reporting and consolidation processes

• Support project cost estimation and tracking

• Monitor KPIs and develop metrics dashboards

• Assist with funding rounds, investor reporting, and financial due diligence

• Collaborate with departments across the company to gather data and provide analysis

Your Background

You bring 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, with:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Experience with financial analysis, planning, and forecasting

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills – ability to present findings clearly

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• Experience working with business intelligence or analytics tools

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS or software companies

• Familiarity with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) tools

• Knowledge of government contracting or defence sector financials

• Background in venture-backed or high-growth companies

• SQL or Python skills for data analysis
