At Sybilla Technologies, we're building critical space surveillance and traffic management systems. Our IT operations are the backbone that keeps our teams connected and productive. We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to ensure our systems, tools, and infrastructure run smoothly.

The Role

As IT Operations Specialist, you'll:

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems

• Manage hardware and software deployments across the organization

• Provide technical support to team members

• Implement and maintain IT security measures

• Manage software licenses and IT asset management

• Support data backup and disaster recovery initiatives

• Assist with vendor management and procurement

• Troubleshoot technical issues across operating systems

• Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems

Your Background

You bring 3-5 years of IT operations or systems support experience, with:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

• Experience with IT infrastructure management and network basics

• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with help desk ticketing systems and documentation

• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users

• Proactive mindset and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Familiarity with configuration management tools

• IT security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or similar)

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments

• Knowledge of remote team tools and collaboration platforms
