The Role

As our IT Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, and software systems

• Providing technical support to team members – resolving issues quickly and effectively

• Implementing and maintaining IT security measures and best practices

• Managing hardware procurement and asset management

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical problems

• Ensuring compliance with IT policies and security protocols

• Supporting the deployment of new tools and systems

Your Background

You bring 3-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience, with:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

• Experience with IT infrastructure management and network basics

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

• A proactive mindset – you anticipate issues before they become problems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Familiarity with remote team management tools and VPN solutions

• IT security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or similar)

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
