Job Description
Program, set and run CNC machines to deliver precision components to aerospace and defence standards.
Program and optimise CNC toolpaths
Reduce cycle times and improve efficiency
Maintain high quality standards
Support new part introduction
Work closely with engineering and MasonOS teams
Strong CAM and CNC programming experience
Understanding of tight tolerance machining
Experience in aerospace/defence preferred
Work on mission-critical aerospace and defence components
Access to advanced machine tools and evolving automation
Equity participation in a scaling factory network
