iComat pioneers Rapid Tow Shearing (RTS) – the world's first process that enables the production of lighter, stronger, and more sustainable composite structures. The company has over 25 customers and recently completed a $22.5M Series A funding round.
The Role
Lead global recruitment strategy as the company scales across UK, Greece, and US operations. Based in Athens with hybrid flexibility, this role drives talent acquisition end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership:

Drive the global recruitment strategy end-to-end across multiple locations

Establish a data-driven talent acquisition infrastructure encompassing workforce planning, sourcing, and analytics
-
Align hiring initiatives with organizational growth milestones and capacity requirements
Operational Execution:

Manage complete hiring cycles for critical functions including engineering, manufacturing, software, operations, and commercial roles
-
Develop structured hiring standards covering interview scorecards, training, and offer management
-
Own global sourcing initiatives: market mapping, talent pool development, campaigns, and selective partner management
-
Create and monitor funnel dashboards tracking SLAs, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and hire quality
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with leadership and hiring managers on regional alignment
-
Work with HR/Finance on compensation benchmarking and offer frameworks
-
Mentor junior talent acquisition staff, establishing documentation and outreach standards
-
Champion consistent candidate experience reflecting company values across all markets
Requirements
-
Required: 5–8+ years talent acquisition experience with scale-up exposure
-
Demonstrated global or multi-site hiring exposure
-
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Teamtailor preferred), and structured hiring methodology
-
Proven ability building TA playbooks and dashboards
-
Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
-
Action-oriented mindset suited for fast-paced, engineering-focused environments
