  • You warrant that you have the authority to post jobs on behalf of your organization

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DefenceJobs.org and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

9. Content Removal and Takedown Policy

DefenceJobs.org may automatically aggregate publicly available job postings and company information from defence industry websites and job boards to provide comprehensive market coverage.

Removal Requests

  • Companies may request removal of their aggregated content at any time

  • We commit to processing legitimate requests within 24 hours
  • No justification is required for removal requests by content owners

Copyright Claims

We respond to valid copyright infringement claims under applicable law. Contact us with:

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through:

  • Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  • Arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • Courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

16. Force Majeure
