The Role

Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit at iComat's Gloucester manufacturing site. Full-time position supporting HR operations across the organization.

What You'll Do

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit

• Contract preparation and employee records maintenance

• Payroll processing coordination

• Benefits administration via BambooHR

• Reference coordination and timesheet tracking

Compliance & Employment Law:

• Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation and company governance

• Maintain current HR policies

• Support policy implementation

• Stay informed about legal changes

Employee Relations Administration:

• Log and track sickness absence, return-to-work meetings, and flexible working requests

• Support disciplinary processes, PIPs, probation reviews, and offboarding procedures

Performance, Learning & Engagement:

• Maintain performance documentation

• Support L&D scheduling and training records

• Coordinate engagement surveys

HR Systems & Immigration:

• Maintain BambooHR data accuracy

• Administer visa applications

• Generate standard HR reports

Requirements

• Required: Proven HR administration or operations experience

• Solid UK employment law knowledge

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities

• HRIS proficiency, ideally BambooHR, plus MS Office skills

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing or engineering sector experience

• CIPD Level 3–5 qualification (or in progress)
