Mission Analyst & Satellite Operator
Job Description
We are developing the next generation of satellites — and building the full operational infrastructure required to fly them. To expand our Flight Dynamics and Mission Operations capabilities, we're looking for a Mission Analyst & Satellite Operator who will take full responsibility for both mission design and on-orbit execution.
Your Role
You will perform mission analysis, flight dynamics, and satellite operations activities across the entire mission lifecycle. From designing mission architectures and trajectories to preparing operational products and executing commands in orbit, you will be the technical owner of how the mission is planned and flown.
Mission Analysis / Flight Dynamics
-
Be part of the design of complete mission concepts: mission architecture, orbit selection, trajectory design, Δv budgets, navigation strategy, and mission timelines.
-
Execute orbit determination, propagation, maneuver planning, COLA, and risk analysis.
-
Work with Business Development and System Engineering to assess proposed mission concepts for feasibility, performance, cost, and operational constraints.
-
Contribute to new spacecraft program development and definition of mission-level requirements.
-
Produce mission analysis documentation and deliverables for both New Space and according to ECSS standards.
Satellite Operations
-
Support LEOP, AOCS commissioning, platform checkout, and early mission phases.
-
Develop operational concepts (ConOps), operations handbooks, flight procedures, and supporting software tools.
-
Transform mission design outputs into operational products: maneuver plans, command sequences, timelines, and automated routines.
-
Execute commands to operate spacecraft subsystems, payloads, and mission modes during routine and contingency operations.
-
Coordinate directly with System Engineers to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
What You Bring
-
Minimum 2 years of hands-on mission analysis / flight dynamics experience — this is the core expertise we currently lack.
-
Experience with satellite operations is a plus — and we can upskill you quickly.
-
High operational discipline, precision under pressure, and strong decision-making in time-critical situations.
-
Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset — you'll have significant autonomy and space to innovate.
-
Willingness to work on-site in Brno, Czech Republic.
Technical Skillset
Preffered
Flight Dynamics / OD / Trajectory Tools:
-
GMAT, SAVOIR, or similar tools
-

Why Join Us
-
We are building a global mission integrator capable of delivering complete space missions.
-
You will establish and grow a critical capability — shaping both your role and our future missions.
-
High autonomy, a strong engineering culture, and direct impact from day one.
