The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to serve as a central coordinator between various stakeholders in the company and external partners, with strong commercial development and project management responsibilities.

What You'll Do

Commercial Development:

• Develop sales with Elwave prospects and clients

• Represent Elwave to clients (trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations)

• Define and write commercial and marketing materials (brochures, website)

• Conduct marketing and commercial intelligence

Product & Project Management:

• Lead responses to calls for proposals (contract and technical analysis, proposal construction with technical team, presentation to clients)

• During execution phase, monitor and manage projects (technical, schedule, financial)

• Define and monitor medium and long-term Elwave products and functionalities

Strategic Contribution:

• Participate in annual budget development and investment monitoring

Requirements

• Required: Engineering degree from a leading school with physics/electronics/sensors specialization

• 5+ years of successful experience in a technical-commercial role (product manager, business manager, proposal manager)

• Experience with complex products in defense and/or marine energy sectors

• Strategic vision with ability to understand and anticipate market needs

• Strong oral communication skills and leadership

• Autonomous, rigorous, and perseverant

• Professional English proficiency (required) - 80% export market
