The Role

Manage RobCo's accounting operations in a fast-growing robotics company.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts receivable, payable, and bank transactions with account reconciliation

• Create and execute payment runs

• Monitor customer payments and support collection efforts

• Maintain internal document management systems

• Support digitalization and ERP system implementation projects

• Optional participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification

• Basic accounting experience (fast-growing or international environments preferred)

• German GAAP (HGB) principles knowledge beneficial

• ERP system experience advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

• Team collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
