Bridge Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing functions through compelling technical narratives.
What You'll Do
-
Develop compelling narratives for each RobCo product and module
-
Own messaging frameworks across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success
-
Translate complex robotics concepts into customer-centric language
-
Plan and execute comprehensive product and feature launches
-
Manage datasheets, product catalogues, feature documentation, solution briefs, use-case factsheets, and integration guides
-
Create pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, demo scripts
-
Conduct enablement sessions for commercial teams
-
Monitor robotics, automation, AI, and industrial technology trends
-
Track competitors and identify differentiators
Requirements
-
Strong technical background in robotics, automation, mechatronics, AI, or industrial technology
-
3-7 years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering
-
Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex technologies
-
Experience creating technical and commercial materials
-
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Fluent in English and German
Nice to Have
-
B2B/B2B2B industrial tech, robotics, or manufacturing software experience
-
RaaS, SaaS, or hardware-software ecosystem familiarity
-
International go-to-market team support (EU + USA)
-
