Alpine Eagle develops airborne, swarm-based systems for counter-drone protection. The team comprises machine learning practitioners and robotics engineers focused on air-to-air defense solutions.
The Role
Design and develop simulation and training environments for multi-agent motion policies, driving the architecture for robust software deployment in simulation and embedded platforms.
What You'll Do

Design and develop simulation and training environments for multi-agent motion policies

Define and implement training scenarios and environments
-
Support simulation environment extensibility through well-defined interfaces
-
Drive simulation software and physical deployment architecture for modularity
-
Develop DevOps infrastructure for robust software deployment in simulation and embedded platforms
-
Review academic literature and integrate state-of-the-art advancements
-
Mentor junior team members and interns
Requirements
-
Required: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Control Theory, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
-
Solid understanding of machine learning principles and training frameworks
-
Knowledge of robotics technologies (task allocation, motion planning)
-
Unmanned aerial systems experience
-
Docker and containerized application development proficiency
-
Software deployment and DevOps experience preferred
-
Systematic problem-solving approach with strong documentation practices
