The Role
Lead the flight test program for Sweden's next-generation drone interceptor platform, the Kreuger 100. Full-time, on-site role in Stockholm.
What You'll Do

Develop overall flight-test strategy and roadmap for interceptor platforms

Plan and execute flight-test campaigns with test cards, envelopes, and hazard analyses

Lead range operations including pre-flight, execution, and post-flight debriefs
-
Analyze flight data to validate performance and identify system issues
-
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
-
Coordinate with avionics, guidance, software, and mechanical engineering teams
-
Troubleshoot systems and integrate findings into design improvements
Requirements
-
Required: Extensive flight test engineering experience with demonstrated test execution

Strong aerospace engineering and aircraft systems knowledge
-
Systems engineering expertise applicable to aerospace
-
Proven track record designing and analyzing structured flight-test campaigns
-
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering or related field
-
Defence or aerospace industry experience

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
-
Familiarity with drones and unmanned aerial systems (UAS)

Background testing multiple air vehicles with envelope expansion experience
