The Role

Join the Product organization to design and deploy ML/AI solutions for intelligence analysts. You will build AI products designed to move the human up the value chain while working collaboratively across software engineering, ML, domain experts, and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Design machine learning models addressing complex challenges in Defence/National Security

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ML features from concept to production

• Engineer solutions with understanding of algorithmic complexity and operational costs

• Communicate technical choices and tradeoffs clearly to diverse stakeholders

• Own work from experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization

• Maintain production system health and debug distributed pipelines

• Explore emerging ML/AI techniques for user-facing capabilities

Requirements

• Required: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or related field

• 3+ years applying machine learning in production environments

• Practical expertise with generative AI (LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows)

• Strong Python development skills

• Familiarity with ML frameworks: Hugging Face, spaCy, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes and ML infrastructure deployment experience

• Systems integration experience (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)

• Cross-functional communication abilities

• Curious, experimental mindset
