• Our offices are in a villa with a garden in Vinohrady, and your priority will be to ensure complete operation so everything is always stocked, functional, everyone has the necessary technical equipment, and the kitchen doesn't overflow with dishes

• You'll be the first contact for visitors, handling smooth reception and package delivery

• You'll support the team in organizing business trips - arranging flights, accommodation and transport so others can focus on their work

• You'll contribute to the office atmosphere - candies or flowers at the right time work wonders, and we occasionally organize voluntary after-work events that need coordination

• You'll manage our vehicle fleet, taking cars to service, arranging tire changes

• Part of the role includes operational administration - communication with accountants, management of company benefits and other matters that ensure smooth company operation

• Someone who won't be overwhelmed if they had something on their to-do list but unexpected tasks came up that got priority

• We need someone who sees what needs to be done, doesn't wait for instructions, but takes responsibility for things working

• Someone who can function without ready-made processes and can give things structure as they go

• This role by nature requires daily presence at the office, but there will be days when you can arrange working from home
