You'll get hands-on with hardware, software, Linux systems, automation, and compliance, while helping create a smooth, secure, and efficient IT experience for colleagues. This role gives you real responsibility, technical challenges, and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
Your Role You'll join a small, collaborative IT team where everyone supports each other and has a voice in day-to-day operations. You'll be hands-on with hardware, software, Linux systems, and IT processes, and your work will directly impact how colleagues experience technology.
Your tasks include:
-
Onboarding and offboarding employees efficiently, ensuring a smooth start and exit
-
Troubleshooting IT issues and managing the service desk proactively
-
Setting up, purchasing, and leasing IT hardware
-
Supporting Linux environments and maintaining system health
-
Creating automation scripts to streamline IT operations
Short- and Long-Term Success
In the initial phases, success means:
-
Keeping service desk tickets to a minimum and resolving issues efficiently
-
Gaining confidence in onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Maintaining a consistently positive IT experience for colleagues
-
Managing procurement of hardware and software with ease
Longer term, you'll:
-
Handle 2nd and 3rd level support in networking, security, and IT systems independently
-
Drive improvements in IT security and compliance
-
Lead smaller system implementations and assist in larger projects
-
Expand automation capabilities through scripting
-
Own Linux systems and contribute to IT strategy and long-term planning
What You Bring You're a motivated IT professional who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems end-to-end. You take initiative, learn quickly, and are excited to make a real impact. You communicate effectively in both Danish and English and build positive relationships across teams.
You likely:
-
Have relevant IT certifications or practical experience in IT support
-
Are confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and Linux systems
-
Understand automation, scripting, and service desk processes
-
Communicate clearly and build positive relationships across teams
-
Thrive on improving processes, security, and IT systems
