HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up founded in 2018, specializing in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software. The company has raised €30 million and employs approximately 120 people. It holds distinction as the first ANSSI-certified EDR and achieved ANSSI qualification in 2025, protecting hundreds of clients across sectors including CAC 40 companies, government entities, and hospitals.
The Role
You'll join the Commercial team within the Customer Experience department, responsible for promoting and selling the EDR solution while maintaining client relationships.
What You Will Do

Prioritize and track opportunity identification and qualification

Map and prospect new accounts; leverage marketing-generated leads

Open new business accounts
-
Manage complete sales cycles from qualification through closing

Maintain MSSP partner relationships within your territory
-
Foster client loyalty through proximity-focused relationships
-
Maintain CRM data quality in Salesforce
-
Participate in cybersecurity ecosystem events
Requirements
-
Approximately 2 years as Account Manager, preferably in software sales
-
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
-
Fluent French; B2+ English proficiency
-
Cybersecurity experience preferred
-
Public sector knowledge valued
