The Role
We are seeking an AIT Engineer for our Toulouse office. This hybrid position is within the Security department, focused on radar systems development.
Key Responsibilities

Define the Test Plan for the Radar system/sub-systems qualification
-
Design required testing facilities including thermal, vacuum, vibration, and anechoic chamber environments
-
Create system test procedures and evaluate measurement accuracy
-
Develop or source test benches and specialized tools
-
Lead and participate in system testing phases
-
Examine test outcomes and prepare technical reports
Requirements
-
Five years of higher education (engineering degree or equivalent)
-
Minimum three years' experience developing or testing radar subsystems in areas like antenna technology, RF transmission/reception chains, signal processing, or command control interfaces
-
Technical interest in radar sensor systems with commitment to broadening domain knowledge
-
Strong collaborative abilities and team focus
-
Professional approach to delivering high-quality work
-
Flexibility and initiative when working across departments
-
Excellent communication skills in professional English, spoken and written
