We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) to join us in establishing RobCo as Europe's leading provider of automation solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for establishing and developing customers in the enterprise segment in Germany.

  • You will actively drive pipeline generation with the support of our SDR team, who will help you generate new leads and open doors.

  • You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing.

  • You will travel throughout Germany to visit customers, build relationships and successfully place our automation solutions.

  • Together with our technical concept engineer, you will examine the feasibility of projects and develop automation concepts that maximise customer benefits.

  • You will work closely with the marketing and solutions team to generate lasting enthusiasm for RobCo among customers.

  • You will measure your success in a data-driven manner using defined KPIs and use the insights to further develop your region.

Your Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales (e.g. as an account executive or business development manager), preferably in the tech/SaaS/industrial sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology – you have mastered the theory and can demonstrate its successful application in practice.

  • Proven track record in developing and closing new accounts.

  • Strength in communication, networking and stakeholder management at C-level.

  • Willingness to travel within Germany.

  • Ambitious, data-driven and motivated to conquer the market together with a fast-growing company.

  • Interest in continuous further training, e.g. in the areas of machine tools (CNC), metalworking, intralogistics and automation.
