Your mission

Our Front Desk Officer will be the face to our employees, clients and visitors coming to the office. Every office operation will go through your desk to make the everyday office life as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors (ID tracking, pick up, registrations)

• Take care of meeting room bookings and preparations

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

• Maintain and organize office area
