Job Description
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to the CEO who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic defense tech company. As the right hand to our CEO, you’ll take ownership of a diverse range of responsibilities from coordinating seamless travel itineraries and managing day-to-day priorities, to ensuring clear communication across key stakeholders.
This is a hands-on opportunity designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow. You’ll not only support executive operations but also gain direct exposure to high-level decision-making, with the unique chance to learn from and be mentored by the CEO.

Organise and manage detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, and transfers

Support in maintaining and updating calendars for both personal and business appointments

Assist in planning and coordinating small-scale events, dinners, or meetings

Assist with special projects and initiatives that reflect the dynamic nature of a tech start-up

Manage and filter personal emails, handle calls, and assist in drafting communications when needed

Screen and prioritise requests and inquiries

Handle expense reports and maintain organised documentation

Exercise a high degree of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all personal and professional matters

Be available to support outside standard office hours for travel or urgent matters

Opportunity to learn and grow directly under the CEO’s mentorship, with a strong focus on sales and business development
Your Profile

At least 4 years of experience as a PA/EA in a similar role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
-
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
-
Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently under pressure
-
Excellent communication skills in English and German are must

Willingness to travel as required
