About the Position:

Join us as a Sales and Production Planner where precision planning becomes operational security.

At Origin Robotics, we design and build advanced robotic systems that operate in demanding real-world environments. As a Sales and Production Planner, you'll play a key role in connecting customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure reliable and timely delivery of drones. Because - behind every mission‑ready drone is a planner making the right decisions at the right time.

This position offers a chance to directly contribute to regional safety and stability by ensuring drones are delivered reliably to organizations responsible for protecting people, borders, and critical infrastructure in the Baltics and NATO environment.

What You'll Do:

• Convert demand into executable production plans. Turn customer orders and sales forecasts into realistic, prioritized production schedules that balance capacity, materials, and delivery commitments.

• Own alignment between Sales, Production, and Supply Chain. Lead the S&OP process to ensure sales demand, production capabilities, and material availability are continuously aligned — avoiding surprises and firefighting.

• Ensure reliable and on‑time delivery of drones. Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and adjust plans so drones are built and delivered when they are needed.

• Maintain ERP data integrity that enables the business to run. Act as master data owner in Monitor ERP, ensuring correct usage of system and accurate master data upkeep.

• Create stability and visibility in a complex manufacturing environment. Provide clear plans, meaningful KPIs, and data‑driven insights that allow teams to operate predictably while scaling production.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing, hands-on involvement in S&OP processes.

• Strong ERP expertise (Monitor ERP will be seen as advantage), analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with complex products (electronics, aerospace, robotics, defence, or similar).

• Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.

• Strong communicator who works well across departments.

• Comfortable dealing with change, ambiguity, and growth.

• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
