Job Description

T1 Technical Support Specialist

Role

Provide first-line technical support for DeltaQuad UAV products; ensure customers receive timely solutions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Document support cases and contribute to the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems; knowledge of electronics or aviation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in the Amsterdam area.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
