Isembard is the software-first contract manufacturer for critical industries. We manufacture high-precision parts, enabled by our proprietary software MasonOS. We serve customers in aerospace, defence and wider critical industries.
Our franchise business model enables us to scale factories faster and more efficiently than traditional businesses. Our team has experience from the military, government, large enterprises and a successfully exited technology business.
We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in London. Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
Prime Customer Development

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with prime contractors in defence, aerospace, and infrastructure sectors.

Collaborate with customers to understand demand and tailor Isembard’s offerings to meet their needs.

Negotiate long-term supply agreements, ensuring alignment with franchise capacity and operational goals.

Advocate for Isembard’s value proposition, focusing on high precision, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

Represent Isembard at industry events, fostering relationships and showcasing capabilities.
Operational Support & Strategy

Partner with the team to scale operations in the first factory, ensuring lessons learned inform franchise development.

Provide input on tooling, production, and delivery processes to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with technology and operations teams to refine MasonOS for optimal factory network and customer use.

Analyse market and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
