The role will require you to implement, run and improve Agile practices used by development and product teams. You’ll coach development teams to refine processes, promoting accountability, transparency and continuous improvement, facilitating daily

Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning / review and retrospectives, working with the team to ensure an upbeat, collaborative environment with a delivery focus. Engagement with customers will also be key to ensure that projects have the correct level of visibility and feedback required to succeeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• You’re an experienced Scrum Master with a focus on delivery

• You have an advanced knowledge of Agile processes and experience of coaching software development teams on ceremonies and team management

• You’re data savvy and use metrics to track progress of sprints

• You’re collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills, able to establish a team focussed environment

• You document and generate reports to feedback progress to teams and customers

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years+ experience of Software Development and leading sprints

• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum

• Configuring commercial software solutions to customer databases, platforms, and toolkits

• Self-motivated, organized

• Git, DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines

• Cloud technologies & micro services

• Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architectures
