
Electronics Hardware Engineer
Job Description
Madrid, Spain | onsite
Main responsibilities:
1. Hardware Design (HW)
-
Design electronic schematics (PCBs) using Altium Designer.
-
Define the architecture of digital and analog circuits according to system requirements.
-
Perform PCB layout design.
-
Simulate and validate designs using LTSpice.
2. Firmware Development (FW)
-
Implement control unit code in VHDL for FPGA devices.
-
Use development environments such as ModelSim, Intel Quartus Prime, and Xilinx Vivado.
3. Certification Process (DO254)
Required qualifications and experience:
-
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical, Industrial or Telecommunications).
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering projects.
-
Experience in design, development, and certification management of complex aerospace systems.
-
Advanced English proficiency, both technical and for communication with international authorities and clients.
Preferred experience and knowledge:
-
Knowledge of standards: DO254
-
Familiarity with aerospace levels of HW certification.
