Defence Jobs in Spain

Spain's established defence sector includes Indra, Navantia and Airbus Spain. Among the startups tracked on DefenceJobs, companies hiring include Anzen (aerospace safety engineering, Madrid), Kreios Space (VLEO propulsion, Vigo), Pangea Propulsion (rocket propulsion, Barcelona), Fossa Systems (nanosatellites, Madrid) and Arquimea (space hardware and microelectronics, Madrid). Spanish is generally the working language, though some internationally-focused teams and satellite companies operate in English. EU and EEA citizens can work without a work permit. Non-EU nationals typically need an employer-sponsored work and residence permit. Spain's security clearance process is managed by the CNI (Centro Nacional de Inteligencia) for roles involving classified material, with the employer initiating the application.
