The Role
Senior AIV Engineer leading Assembly, Integration, and Validation activities for current and upcoming space missions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing complex technical operations.
What You Will Do
AIV Planning & Coordination:

Develop AIV plans and coordinate activities across projects

Resource allocation and test campaign readiness oversight
-
Daily operations management and issue resolution
Test Environment Management:
-
Roadmap development and test bench implementation
-
Hardware model and electrical infrastructure management
-
IT integration and component coordination
Process Improvement:
-
Enhancement of AIV methodologies and scalable integration processes
-
Technical leadership and team training
Subsystem Support:
-
Test strategy definition aligned with project needs
-
Issue troubleshooting and non-conformance management
-
Milestone verification reporting
Requirements
-
Required: BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics, or related field
-
Minimum 8 years AIV experience with full lifecycle involvement
-
Familiarity with verification and validation processes
-
Complex technical activity management experience
-
Space domain familiarity (subsystem knowledge preferred)
