The Role

Senior AIV Engineer leading Assembly, Integration, and Validation activities for current and upcoming space missions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing complex technical operations.

What You Will Do

AIV Planning & Coordination:

• Develop AIV plans and coordinate activities across projects

• Resource allocation and test campaign readiness oversight

• Daily operations management and issue resolution

Test Environment Management:

• Roadmap development and test bench implementation

• Hardware model and electrical infrastructure management

• IT integration and component coordination

Process Improvement:

• Enhancement of AIV methodologies and scalable integration processes

• Technical leadership and team training

Subsystem Support:

• Test strategy definition aligned with project needs

• Issue troubleshooting and non-conformance management

• Milestone verification reporting

Requirements

• Required: BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics, or related field

• Minimum 8 years AIV experience with full lifecycle involvement

• Familiarity with verification and validation processes

• Complex technical activity management experience

• Space domain familiarity (subsystem knowledge preferred)
