About Archangel Autonomy
Archangel Autonomy combines AI and robotics to protect service personnel, critical infrastructure, and first responders in large, remote areas. Their groundbreaking UXV navigation co-pilot system is designed to operate autonomously in the world's most challenging environments, even where GPS and navigation signals are unavailable.
The Role
Be on the front lines of deploying, integrating, and supporting AI-driven systems in the real world. Ensure that cutting-edge technology performs seamlessly for customers in demanding environments.
What You'll Do

Provide first-line on-site or remote troubleshooting for products deployed with customers
-
Support assembly, testing, and integration of products in laboratory and field settings
-
Create and maintain SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and technical records
-
Collaborate on creative solutions to optimize deployed systems across diverse customer platforms
-
Work with engineers and flight teams on product demonstrations and real-world trials
Requirements
-
Required: Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, including command line and scripting experience
-
Minimum 1 year in support/field/product engineering roles (aerospace, defense, or QA sectors preferred)
-
Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally
-
Valid UK driving license and security clearance eligibility
Nice to Have
-
UAV/drone experience (flight controllers, sensors, payload integration)
-
Aerospace, defense, or military service background
-
Knowledge of AI/ML navigation, flight simulation, or camera systems
-
Python and C++ programming
-
Standard troubleshooting and diagnostic equipment experience
