Products & Solutions

Argonaut
A plug-and-play edge AI camera system that detects and identifies threats or intruders without cloud connectivity or external infrastructure. It runs deep learning models on-device, delivers a very low false-positive rate to maintain credibility over time, and is configurable from man-portable deployments to vehicle kits and semi-permanent installations. Use cases include perimeter security, anti-poaching, rail and transportation protection and force protection.
Xnaut
A full mission autonomy system for small unmanned aerial systems enabling accurate navigation (under 5 metres) over extended ranges (beyond 100 km) without GNSS or radio communications. It fuses inputs from multiple sensors and PNT sources and supports on-platform decision-making so the UAS can react to changing situations on the ground without operator input. Xnaut is platform-agnostic and sensor-agnostic, designed as an open ecosystem for integration with third-party PNT and detection technology.

About

Archangel Autonomy (formerly Archangel Imaging) is an Oxford-based company founded in 2016 that develops edge AI systems for human-machine teaming in environments where cloud connectivity or GPS cannot be relied upon. Its founding team drew on direct operational experience with the challenges faced by security personnel, wildlife rangers and military units. The company has offices in Oxford, UK and Syracuse, New York, and rebranded from Archangel Imaging to Archangel Autonomy in April 2025 to reflect its expanded focus on autonomous systems.
