The Role

Senior Software Engineer for the Geo Intelligence team to develop scalable AI platform systems for geospatial image processing. Remote-eligible within European work hours.

What You Will Do

• Create resilient, high-scale, low latency, distributed microservices that run on hundreds of nodes

• Solve complex scaling challenges for ML inference across vast geospatial datasets

• Collaborate with ML and GIS engineers on cutting-edge software products

Requirements

• Required: Strong Python expertise or dynamic typing experience

• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background

• PostgreSQL database proficiency

• Solid grasp of software engineering: unit testing, CI/CD, automated QA, integration testing

• Outcome-oriented mindset with big-picture thinking

Nice to Have

• Large-scale system design and deployment on AWS

• Model training pipeline setup and inference scaling experience
