What will you work on?

You'll design both digital (SoC/FPGA) and mixed-signal electronics for real space projects. We're looking for a systems-minded approach and the drive to take things all the way to completion.

In practice, this means you will:

• Start with requirements and define the concept/architecture (digital + analog)

• Create schematics, design in Altium Designer, and run simulations as needed (e.g., LTspice)

• Design and finalize the PCB layout (including reviews and design iterations)

• Participate in bring-up and testing Work hands-on in the lab, including soldering when needed

• Produce and maintain complete documentation (a must)

Who will you work with?

• You'll join a smaller team that includes a Systems Engineer, an experienced Hardware Designer, and an Embedded Developer.

• On projects, you'll also collaborate with others across the company — Project Managers, Analysts/Calculations Engineers, Mechanical Designers, and Quality Engineers.

• You'll be in contact with external partners (we collaborate with other companies on product development) as well as representatives of the European Space Agency.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience designing PCBs in real projects (ideally from schematics through bring-up)

• Strong background in digital electronics (SoC, FPGA) and solid understanding of analog fundamentals

• Proficiency in Altium Designer (schematics + PCB); simulation experience / LTspice is a plus

• Documentation is not a burden for you — you know how to keep it clear and usable

• You can communicate in English, both spoken and written

• If you have overlap into software (embedded, or FPGA/VHDL), that's a plus
