Partnership Manager – Building Strategic Alliances, Driving Global Impact

Do you thrive on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning partnerships into long‑term strategic value? As our new Partnership Manager, you'll help shape the future of GomSpace by expanding our network of collaborators across industries and markets.

Your Role As a Partnership Manager, you will identify and develop strategic partnerships that create value for GomSpace and our partners. You'll work across multiple markets and business units to build collaborative relationships that drive growth and innovation.

About the role You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities across markets and sectors.

• Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners (technology providers, resellers, integrators, etc.).

• Developing partnership agreements and managing partnership execution.

• Working with internal teams to structure partnerships that deliver mutual value.

• Supporting business development activities with partners.

• Monitoring partnership performance and reporting on partnership metrics.

• Contributing to GomSpace's strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.

• Proven ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities.

• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing complex negotiations.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the space, aerospace, or technology industries.

• Knowledge of satellite systems or space applications.

• Experience with ecosystem or partner network development.

• Understanding of international business and trade.
