Finance Student Assistant

Your Role As a Finance Student Assistant, you will support the Finance team on various tasks and special projects. You'll work on real business challenges and contribute to our financial operations while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

About the team Our Finance team manages financial operations for a globally distributed company. You'll be working with finance professionals who are committed to supporting GomSpace's growth and mission.

Your Tasks

• Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

• Help prepare financial statements and management reports.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.

• Help with general financial administration tasks.

• Learn and apply financial processes and systems.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a finance or accounting degree program.

• Strong interest in finance and a willingness to learn.

• Good organizational and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English.

• Basic computer skills and experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial software or ERP systems.

• Knowledge of accounting principles or standards.

• Experience with other tools like Power BI or Tableau.
