Your Role As a Hardware Technician, you will be part of the Hardware team, working hands on with production and customer support, documentation, and test setups.
You will contribute to high-quality support, production processes, reliable test environments, and clear technical documentation, while collaborating closely with engineers, production, and support teams.
Your tasks include:

Provide technical support and hands-on troubleshooting to the production team.

Maintaining and servicing of finished products as well as internal test setups including build test scripts in Python
-
Ensure products comply with relevant quality and documentation requirements.

Respond to technical inquiries from customers via the ticketing system.

Maintain and update production documentation, work instructions, and technical descriptions.

Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of customer documentation.

Overview and understanding of the processes and tools applied by the Hardware Team
Longer term, you'll:

Be able to work independently with your primary tasks regarding test setup and documentation

You enjoy working hands on with hardware and documentation and take pride in delivering reliable, well documented solutions. You work well both independently and as part of a team and approach tasks with a positive, practical mindset.
Qualifications

Electronics Technician education or a bachelor's degree in Electronics.

Experience in PTA with a technical or electrical background.

Experience maintaining and supporting production environments.

Experience providing technical customer support.
-
Experience in the space industry is not required but considered an advantage.
Other Skills
-
Preferably experience with schematics, layout, quality assurance, and basic calculations.

Preferably some knowledge of Python or C, Altium, and PCB layout (specific tools can be learned).
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English is required.
