Product Compliance Specialist

Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of standards and regulatory requirements. Support development of both test procedures and product specifications. Coordinate compliance testing with external test centers. Contribute to development and maintenance of compliance setup and practices. Build and maintain an overview of relevant standards and requirements. Evaluate impact of new regulations on products and business. Ensure approvals for test activities (including BVLOS) nationally and internationally. Establish and maintain compliance overview for all Sky-Watch products. Ensure traceability from standards to requirements and documentation. Drive improvements of compliance processes.

Required qualifications: Technical education (engineer or equivalent). 5+ years of experience with regulatory compliance in a technology company. Experience working with standards and government requirements. Broad technical understanding (HW, SW, mechanics). Strong ability to translate complex requirements into concrete solutions. Comfortable with stakeholder management, including external stakeholders.
