Project Manager – Lead the Journey from Concept to Production
Job Description
Are you a decisive, technically grounded project manager who thrives on turning complex ideas into real, manufacturable products?
Do you enjoy connecting people, creating direction, and driving progress in environments where engineering excellence matters? This is your opportunity to take a central role in shaping how we bring innovative electronics products to market — faster, smarter, and better.
Your Role
You'll work at the core of BU Product, leading high-impact engineering projects across multiple teams and disciplines. You will manage several development streams at once and act as the driver who ensures clarity, alignment, and forward momentum across engineering, operations, and suppliers.
Your work will directly influence our time-to-market and the quality of the products we deliver. You'll shape how we collaborate, plan, and execute — from initial requirements to manufacturability. You'll also support Product Owners in early scope and work closely with the Product Engineering Manager on transparent status reporting, escalations, and corrective actions.
Your tasks include:
-
Capturing requirements and leading projects from design to manufacturability
-
Creating and maintaining cross-team project plans
-
Driving and strengthening a concurrent engineering mindset
-
Following up on progress and facilitating corrective actions
-
Managing suppliers and securing on-time delivery of parts
Short- and Long-Term Success
In the initial phase, success means:
-
Establishing clear and reliable project timelines across multiple teams
-
Performing consistent follow-ups and driving corrective actions to remove bottlenecks
-
Helping define and elevate the project management role within BU Product
Longer term, you'll take the lead in:
-
Improving overall time-to-market for new products and updates
-
Implementing a fit-for-purpose product development model across the organization
What You Bring
You're an experienced project manager with a strong engineering foundation and a natural ability to create structures in dynamic environments. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you understand how to move complex electronics and software products from concept to manufacturable reality. You thrive in an environment where alignment, collaboration, and technical insight are essential for success.
You likely:
-
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
-
Have 5+ years of experience within electronics and software product development
-
Bring documented experience leading technical development projects
-
Understand and practice concurrent engineering principles
-
Excel at creating structure and enabling effective cross-functional collaboration
Who You Are
You're not just a project manager — you're a facilitator of progress, a connector of people, and a driver of clarity. You ask the right questions, follow up proactively, and create momentum even when challenges arise. You enjoy working with diverse engineering and operations disciplines and know how to turn complexity into actionable plans.
You bring:
-
Helpfulness – you support teams, ask purposeful questions, and pursue the answers you need
-
Open communication – transparent, proactive, and always following through
-
True leadership – you take ownership, act with integrity, and drive progress with confidence
-
Structure & clarity – you bring order to dynamic environments and make it scalable
-
Human insight – you listen deeply, capture what matters, and turn it into clear conclusions
You're resilient, engaged, and motivated by making a measurable impact on product development efficiency and engineering excellence.
