UX Designer

Design and structure workflows for mission planning, UAV control and live monitoring. Translate technical and operational requirements into intuitive and implementable UI solutions. Develop UI concepts and prototypes with interest in working with modern AI-based tools in design and development process. Collaborate closely with software developers to clarify solutions and ensure strong implementation. Identify usability risks early and improve complex flows. Validate functionality and user experience before release. Contribute to consistent design principles and reusable UI patterns in SDM.

Required qualifications: Education in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent, or relevant practical experience. 3+ years of experience with UX design in software products or technical systems. Experience working closely with software developers in agile and iterative development environments. Good technical understanding and ability to communicate design decisions clearly to developers. Strong ability to structure complex workflows and translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. Experience and interest in working with new design tools, including AI-based solutions.
