We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers meet the required quality, regulatory, and technical standards.
In this role, you will monitor supplier performance, manage supplier-related quality risks, and drive continuous improvements. The position combines analytical work, supplier audits, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO and NATO AQAP/STANAG requirements, while supporting the reliability and quality of mission-critical products.
What you´ll be doing:

Monitor supplier-related quality events and incident reports in internal systems, analyse trends, and initiate corrective actions when needed;

Plan and conduct supplier audits and capability assessments (on-site and remote), prepare reports, and follow up on audit findings;

Manage supplier-related nonconformities, including reporting, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);

Track supplier performance using key metrics such as quality, delivery performance, and responsiveness;

Identify risks related to critical suppliers and support the implementation of mitigation plans;

Act as the quality interface between suppliers and internal teams, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Quality;

Contribute to the development and improvement of supplier quality processes and collaboration practices.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field;

3–5 years of experience in supplier quality or quality engineering, preferably in defence, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated industries;

Strong technical background and understanding of manufacturing environments (mechanics and/or electronics);

Experience with supplier audits, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes;

Proactive and analytical approach with the ability to see the bigger picture, identify root causes, and drive improvements;

Excellent documentation and reporting skills;

Very good English and Estonian language skills (minimum B2 level).
