Job Description
Cybernetica's SplitKey product line provides a unique solution to secure storage of cryptographic keys using off the shelf end user devices. SplitKey is basis of the Smart-ID service in the Baltics and elsewhere. SplitKey consists of both client side libraries for iOS and Android as well as a multilayered backend infrastructure that utilizes several databases and HSMs. It's currently being developed with new capabilities like biometrics and support for digital wallets and is expanding into new markets.
Join the Digital Identity Technologies Department as an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead SplitKey product support.
Your main responsibilities will be to:

Configure and administer development and testing environments as well as build tools (CI)

Package SplitKey software, document the installation procedures of the software
-
Design and document system architecture for customer installations

Support our customers in installing, configuring and maintaining SplitKey

Setup and maintain Kubernetes clusters for the development environment

Perform trainings for customer representatives
-
Provide 24/7 technical support to our customers on a rotating schedule
As a successful candidate, you must have:
-
At least 3 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator or in a similar role

Sound experience with Linux and scripting, good understanding of networking

Practical experience with configuration management tools

Experience or genuine interest in virtualization and container platforms

Interest in release engineering and automation processes
-
Ability to think critically, demonstrate leadership, take initiative

Very good spoken and written English
-
Ability to work both in a team and independently, to document your work

General understanding of main principles of cybersecurity and public key infrastructure
-
Experience with databases and monitoring tools
