DevOps Team Lead for Data Exchange Technologies

We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead to join our Data Exchange Technologies Department and lead the team responsible for delivering, operating, and advancing UXP and other critical e-Governance solutions used internationally.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Manage day-to-day operations and leading of the deployment team (Total of 5 members)

• Configure & administer development and testing environments along with implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Design and document processes, configurations, and system architecture for customer installations

• Support external clients (handling tickets, conducting root cause analysis, providing issue tracking, co-operate with support team)

• Deploying, installing, configuring and maintaining UXP and X-Road software for client installations

• Provide technical insight into the compilation of sales and marketing materials

• Hiring new team members as needed, onboarding them

• Collaborate with other teams inside and outside of the Department

As a successful candidate, you must have:

• At least 3 years of previous experience as a DevOps Engineer

• Solid experience with Linux and scripting with good understanding of networking

• Practical experience with configuration management tools

• Experience with virtualization and container platforms

• Ability to think critically, demonstrate leadership, take initiative

• Good organizational skills with ability to manage tasks without close supervision

• Very good spoken and written English
